All you have to do is fill the blank, so what's the problem here?Īgain, you have single clips for which there is a known date taken. Videos are uploaded with the date taken field being empty. If the date taken missing causes you so much grief, it's easy enough to enter it in the blank field.
CHANGE CREATION DATE EXIFTOOL PRO
My experience thus far with "expedited" support as a pro user has been poor, with a long initial response time and now a total lack of response to my latest query. Would be good if they used something like Zendesk, but I don't think they do at this time. Not even an acknowledgement except the automated response email stating We look forward to connecting and will be in touch soon. I'm not sure what it actually means as this is my second support ticket this week, the first raised on December 12, but I've heard nothing back at all. Yeah I've seen the posts by Don about improvements on this. Since you have a pro account, you get expedited service when it comes to customer support. GPS Position : 20 deg 47' 32.28" N, 156 deg 30' 44.64" Wīut this is a whole different conversation. $ exiftool video-test/IMG_5643.MOV |grep -i gps This test video has it, but Flickr doesn't detect it. It's a pity we can't get GPS Data from the Quicktime Tags that embed it as well, given how popular iPhones are at taking videos. This has prevented useful uploads of any and all short videos I have as part of my photo collection. If the Uploadr is detecting created and modified dates from the OS, but using uploaded date in the final uploaded version for the Date Taken ( as seen here) then this is a definite bug. I've taken an extract of the log pertinent to this file AQTG6904.MP4 from the uploadr as well. and yet the video is listed once uploaded as having the date of the 15th Dec 2018. In fact it shows in the debug log of the Uploadr as:
CHANGE CREATION DATE EXIFTOOL MAC OS
The Flickr Uploadr IS detecting the Mac OS Created and Modified dates as photoDateTaken and photoDateModified respectively. So there ARE tags that can be used, but let's ignore these for now. I totally understand that these tags are not EXIF tags, they are Quicktime tags (all EXIF is Metadata, but not all Metadata is EXIF). The Mac OS shows the Created and Modified dates as: 16 June 2018 at 3:06 pm.Įven though there is no EXIF standard for videos, this video was taken on an iPhone and exiftool shows the following dates: Video Created date replaced by date upload started - continued Is flickr website intended for uploading a photoshoped photos? ☎call/app+27685029687☎Get Lost Love Back Same Day Return Lost Love Back Same DayĮxample Galleries, to show a new theme in a weekly group, don't work in Flickr Welcome to the Flickr Help Forum!
